What data we process and why

We process: name, surname, delivery and billing address, e-mail, phone, order and payment details, and complaint records.

• Purchases & delivery; account management – contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Invoicing & accounting – legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR); records are typically kept for 10 years as required by accounting rules.
• Claims & enforcement – legitimate interests in protecting our rights (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Direct marketing (newsletter and offers) – on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), or under “soft opt-in” for our own similar products with an easy opt-out in every e-mail, in line with electronic communications rules.
• Cookies for analytics/marketing – only with your consent; essential cookies without consent.

Automated decision-making/profiling: none, except standard website preferences after cookie consent.

Sources of data

Primarily obtained directly from you during purchase, registration, or newsletter subscription.

Recipients of personal data

• Carriers (delivery and cash-on-delivery handling; e.g., Packeta).
• Payment gateway (GoPay) – processes data necessary for payment; card data are processed by the gateway.
• IT/hosting & e-shop maintenance (technical operation, security).

Recipients process data under data processing agreements and only to the necessary extent. We send newsletters directly from our system (no third-party mailing provider).

International transfers

We do not transfer personal data outside the EU/EEA. If this changes, we will update this notice including the legal basis for such transfers.

Retention periods

• Contract and accounting data: for the duration of the contract and subsequently as required by law (typically 10 years from the end of the relevant year).
• Claims & enforcement: for statutory and limitation periods.
• Marketing (newsletter): until you unsubscribe/withdraw consent or object.
