How to order goods from our mobilNET s.r.o. company?

Any customer - retail or wholesale customer can order goods (our wholesale customer has special terms and conditions).

Before making a purchase order you need to correctly fill in requested data (the system might ask you to fill in such data before approving and sending the purchase order).

Entrepreneurs and contract business partners (wholesale trade) ask for registration via our special contact us form. It is necessary to attach a photocopy of a trade license or the Abstract of the Companies Register when registered. After registration the wholesale trade partner receives a login name and password (the customer can change the password) and a discount for wholesales - the customer will be informed about this step via e-mail or phone. If you have any problems with registration or you prefer to register via phone, call +421 902 946 900.

Next day delivery? When is it possible to order?

If you place your order by 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the same day. Any orders placed after 2 p.m. will be delivered the next day. If we receive an order after 2 p.m. on Friday, your goods will be delivered to your reasonable satisfaction on Monday.

Does mobilNET deliver on Saturday, Sunday or holidays?

The goods you ordered can be also delivered on weekends, but only to chosen district towns. This kind of service is only available for our contract business partners. How to change my order?

What is the limited price of ordered goods to ship it to me?

Ordered goods do not have limited price. You can place your order valued for 1€ or 1 000€ whereby only the price of shipment is changed. Delivery conditions:

Cash on delivery or advance payment. For our regular customers - entrepreneurs, standard payment conditions are the same as by current shopping are valid

How to claim ordered goods or faulty product?

In the same way as by current shopping. Warranty conditions on our products are according to Commercial and Civil Codes. Potential problems are solved either by telephone (if possible) on tel.numbers +421 47 562 15 05, +421 902 946 900 or you can send the faulty product on return address MOBILNET s.r.o., Stará Sobôtka, 979 01 Rimavská Sobota, Slovakia. By sending the faulty - claimed item particular reason must be mentioned, invoice copy and contact details added. As soon as we receive your legitimate complaint we send you a new product immediately. Mechanical damage of goodsis not covered by product warranty.

How are my personal details protected?

Your personal data is securely stored by MOBILNET s.r.o. company. Personal data and bank account details protection is provided by the system.

May I initiate a particular delivery time?

Our carrier has got an individual shipping plan that can not be influenced. We are no table to guarantee to deliver products at a particular time.

What happens if the addressee is not reachable?

In case the addressee is not able to receive packages, our courier repeatedly tries to deliver the package or will try to contact the receiver by phone and arrange an alternative delivery date (it is a great advantage to give your telephone number when placing your order). If it is not possible to deliver the package at a delivery date, the courier has another try next day but maximum twice.
