If you place your order by 2 p.m. Monday to Friday, you will receive your goods the same day. Any orders placed after 2 p.m. will be delivered the next day. If we receive an order after 2 p.m. on Friday, your goods will be delivered to your reasonable satisfaction on Monday.
The goods you ordered can be also delivered on weekends, but only to chosen district towns. This kind of service is only available for our contract business partners. Our carrier has got an individual shipping plan that can not be influenced. We are no table to guarantee to deliver products at a particular time.
In case the addressee is not able to receive packages, our courier repeatedly tries to deliver the package or will try to contact the receiver by phone and arrange an alternative delivery date (it is a great advantage to give your telephone number when placing your order). If it is not possible to deliver the package at a delivery date, the courier has another try next day but maximum twice.
